A hospital provides health care appointment facility through an online portal. You can book an OPD appointment of a Doctor at the time s/he is available in the hospital. You can also book for an Appointment for a Diagnostic Test. In order to do so, a patient first needs to register for the website. Registration process involves recording patient name, address, blood group, past medical history including height, weight, blood pressure, past diseases, allergies, current medications, etc. All these information is shown to the doctor at the time of visit of the patient.
